Stress Management Tips
Holiday stress management is a hot topic, so we want to start with some tips for that!

Freezable Meals
Our first tips today are all about being prepared and setting yourself up for success! As we get busier during the holiday season, it can be tough to think about preparing Migraine Miracle meals. So do it now!

Here's a link to a mini book of 8 recipes that freeze well. Make large portions in advance and freeze them in individual portions. That way you always have a Migraine Miracle meal at the ready, and are less likely to have your best intentions hijacked by hunger.  Grab the book here before the link expires.

Advance Planning and Prep
We also recommend doing some advance planning and prep on your to-do lists to ease your mind. If you are cooking for a group, start prepping a few days in advance. Break everything into small steps.

If you have a long grocery list, you can even break the purchases into two days to make it less overwhelming. That's what we often do for large meals.

Here's what our prep schedule looks like:

Day 1: Plan menu
Day 2: Make Grocery Lists and purchase non-perishable groceries
Day 3: Purchase Perishable groceries, plan dishes needed and set up buffet, roll silver if needed
Day 4: Do all advance cooking prep that can be done (cooking beets, toasting nuts, chopping vegetables, making casseroles that can be reheated). Also set the table on this day.
Day 5 (Holiday Meal Day): Cook protein, reheat casseroles, assemble salads

Share your process with us in the Facebook group!
