The first resource we want to share with you is our Holiday Recipe Guide containing NINE different holiday menu ideas for you. You can download it here. (Please go ahead and download it now before the link expires.)
PLEASE NOTE - the recipes in the guide are slightly higher carb than we would normally recommend, but we made some compromises for those who crave migraine-friendlier versions of traditional holiday favorites.
There is one keto menu included in the guide for those who want to maintain a lower carb holiday and one menu made entirely from our Migraine Superfoods list. We have also indicated the recipes that are made entirely using Superfoods ingredients.
And you'll notice from our own menu below (at the bottom of this email) that we keep it pretty low carb. Our splurge is the cauli mash. We'll talk more about handling friends and family in the days to come!
